Thoughts on cleansing…pause
Cleansing gives us time to pause, to breath and to think about how we’re living this amazing life. It’s time to pause for mindful eating, movement and breath. Changing a few small things can have a big impact on our health.
Here are a couple of simple ideas:
Chew each bite 32 times. It can be interesting and satisfying to really taste every morsel of food!
Drink a cup of warm water with lemon as your first drink of the day. It hydrates the body and stimulates digestion
Pause for a few deep breaths before you step into the shower, before walking out the door, before turning on your computer. Breathing is a powerful tool for relieving stress and improving health, little bits add up!
