Welcome to Feel Better Yoga: teaching dedicated to promoting wellness, healing and balance.
Yoga is a journey and an opportunity to observe our bodies, our breath and our inner selves. Karen Quinn, the founder of Feel Better Yoga, works with clients to create healthier lives. Utilizing body alignment, somatic movements, asana (poses) and breathing techniques, Karen can help you improve wellness, recover from injuries and find new ways to move.
She provides a diverse range of opportunities for you to create your own yoga practice. These include teacher training, group classes, private yoga therapy and a variety of workshops. In addition, Karen’s DVD “Road Warrior Yoga” allows you to take your yoga on the road or develop a home practice that is just right for you!
Each offering stems from the belief that movement is essential to life, that balance is found by looking into our life experiences and finding the essence of our patterns in order to create new ways of seeing ourselves.
