We begin by assessing the physical and mental experiences that have led to imbalances or injuries. Together, we create a practice. It may include: therapeutic yoga movements, breathing techniques, Ayurvedic modalities, meditation and yoga nidra*.
*Nidra is a Sanskrit word meaning sleep. This deep relaxation is undertaken to access the subconscious self, hidden from us in the awakened state. Through yoga nidra we are able to explore our deepest intentions and free blockages that create separation of body, mind and spirit.
